agreeing to the following terms:
1.) The exclusive rights and copyright of the musical
compositions offered by ThatDookieShit.com are transferred
to the customer, provided production credit is given to
ThatDookieShit.com.
2.) This agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights
to use the acquired Black Belt Beat for the following
purposes: Audio Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial
Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet
Background Music, On-Hold and In-House Background Music,
Video Games, and/or Film Soundtracks.
3.) ThatDookieShit.com reserves the right to demo the sold
beats as such in its archives, but will not sell the beat
or its sources to anyone else.
